Cookie Policy
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device to remember information about your visit. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and pixel tags — all governed by the same rules in this policy.
2. How ONRIGHTS uses cookies
By default we only set cookies that are strictly necessary to serve the site (routing, language preference, security). All other cookies — including analytics — are loaded only after you give consent through the banner shown on your first visit.
You can manage your preferences at any time by clicking the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, or via the floating badge from our consent management platform (Iubenda).
3. Cookie categories on this site
3.1 Strictly necessary
Required for the site to function. Cannot be disabled. Examples: locale routing (NEXT_LOCALE), consent state (_iub_cs-*).
3.2 Analytics (consent required)
We use Vercel Analytics to measure aggregate, anonymised page views and performance signals. Vercel Analytics is designed to be privacy-preserving and does not use client-side identifiers by default, but we still gate it behind explicit consent to be conservative for an EU-first audience.
3.3 Functional and marketing
Currently none. If we add marketing pixels (LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads conversion) in the future, they will be added to the banner categories and will not fire until you opt in.
4. Third-party processors
- Iubenda — consent management, stores your preferences under
_iub_cs-*cookies. - Vercel Analytics — page-view aggregation once analytics consent is granted.
See our Privacy Policy for the full processor list and data-processing details.
5. Managing consent
You may withdraw or change your consent at any time. Clearing site data or the Iubenda cookie will re-open the banner on your next visit.
